I don’t know about y’all, but I am refusing to believe it’s already August. AUGUST. How is that even possible? How did we get here? Eight months into 2016!?? I’m in denial.
At the same time, I’m so BEYOND over summer. Fall weather cannot get here soon enough! Don’t even get me started on fall flavors. I’m just warning y’all now. Be prepared for a LOT of caramel and cinnamon. I can already feel it. 😉

In the mean time, let’s talk about this No-Churn Coffee Kahlua Ice Cream! I mean, if it *has* to be summer, I guess this is okay. My no-churn ice cream obsession is not going anywhere, so we should get the most out of it while it’s disgustingly hot outside, right?
This ice cream is, of course, made with my favorite local cold brew coffee, Icebox. I know it’s made for drinking, but they make it so easy to bake and cook with their coffee concentrate!
This ice cream has a hint of chocolate in it, as well as a splash of Kahlua! This would be perfect served over a brownie or a slice of pound cake. Or as an affogato or ice cream sandwiches with some cookies. Or you know, in a coffee cup, drowned in chocolate syrup and sprinkles. But that’s just me. 🙂

This ice cream is gorgeous- chocolate and kahlua pair so well together 🙂
It looks so yummy! Thanks for sharing! xoxo
