Blueberry, Banana, Almond Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana sliced and frozen
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sweetener of your choice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional

Instructions

  • For each smoothie, combine all ingredients in single serve blender cup. Blend for a couple of minutes, until smooth.
  • Taste and add more almond milk, sweetener, almond butter, or blueberries as desired.
