Apple Pie Smoothie


  • 6 oz Apple Pie flavored Greek 100 Calorie Yoplait yogurt
  • 1 cup chopped & peeled apple frozen
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • graham cracker crumbs for garnish optional


  • Add apple, cinnamon and almond milk to a blender, then add the yogurt. Blend until everything is smooth and incorporated. Garnish with some graham crumbs if you'd like.
